A few bugs have died but I maintain it was fom natural causes. It is huge though, so we have left food and stuff in the room we don't go in.
 

This sounds like natural pest control...Keep all the food in the room you don't go in and the bugs will run for the food rather than the renters. Is that where you keep the veggies?
